    Open House 2023

    Open House Registration is now closed. If you are still hoping to participate you can register for Virtual Open House or walk-in day of. There are no guarantees sessions will be available for walk ins. You can also sign up for a campus visit and tour offered throughout the year. 



    We are excited to see you at the 2023 SCU Open House! Please review these instructions before you begin registration. Open House has two components: on campus Open House on October 21, 2023 and virtual Open House sessions from October 18 - 19, 2023. You will find details on how to register on this page. All sessions are optional, but we have some recommendations. 

    Please note, sessions with registration have a capacity limit. As sessions fill up they will no longer be available for registration on your form. If you find that sessions are full, take a look at the Open Session, Fun Zone and tabling options which do not require registration but are available on a first come first served basis.

    Registration Instructions 

    Academic Overviews

    It is recommended that you attend at least one academic overview of your choice. You will have the opportunity to hear from faculty and staff from our three colleges, the Leavey School of Business, The College of Arts and Science and the School of Engineering. Please register for your session of choice on the registration form. 

    REGISTRATION NOTE: The College of Arts and Sciences will present on different disciplines every hour. Be sure to select the discipline you are most interested in. 
     

    Academic Tours

    Join the Leavey School of Business, the College of Arts and Science and the School of Engineering for tours of academic facilities. Our students and faculty will guide you through our state of the art facilities and classrooms that you will have access to as a Bronco! Please register for a timeslot to take part in academic tours. 

    REGISTRATION NOTE    : The College of Arts and Sciences will host different tours every hour. See the Open House website for full descriptions.  

    Campus Tours

    Beautiful, sunny, and full of opportunity! Let our Student Ambassadors and the Office of Undergraduate Admission show you around our slice of California. As you peek into classrooms, check out our dining commons and recreational facilities, you will see what that our campus offers our student state-of-the-art learning spaces as well as a beautiful place to call home. Select Campus Tour during your preferred timeslot to register. 

    Open Sessions

    Open Sessions include presentations, panels, housing tours, Q&As etc. on various topics led by our campus partners, admission counselors, and current students. Sessions will be available on a first come first served basis. Do note, some sessions will be 50 minutes long; but others will be 20 minutes long, thus you can attend two 20-minute sessions per timeslot. You can see a full list and description of the sessions at each timeslot on the Open House website.

    REGISTRATION NOTE: When you see a session(s) that you would like to attend, mark "Open Session" on your registration form in the corresponding timeslot.

    Fun Zone 

    Between 10:00am and 1:00pm If you would like to leave any sessions blank to check out the campus resource and academic department tables, meet with an admission counselor or student ambassadors, take a picture with Bucky the Bronco, or get some refreshments, feel free to do so at our Fun Zone!





    Virtual Open House October 18-19

    For those who cannot make it to our on-campus Open House, we still want to bring SCU to YOU! We will be offering a variety of Virtual options to learn more about Santa Clara University's academic, co-curricular opportunities through our students, staff, and faculty. All sessions will be held on Zoom, and you will get the Zoom link a few days before the event, so Register below!

Hear from esteemed faculty, supporting staff, and current students about the academic program/curriculum and exciting, unique academic opportunities both in and outside the classroom available for our Broncos!

    Find out what makes an SCU Bronco education a unique experience. We will discuss topics on career exploration, transferring to Santa Clara and how our campus fosters the many interests and passions of our students.
