I am applying to Santa Clara University's Undergraduate Summer Sessions Program. Please admit me for the Summer 2025 term only, and send initial emails to my email address. Once I have prepaid my tuition for five units, all emails will then be sent to my Santa Clara University email address. I understand that my visiting student application fee ($80) is non-refundable. Beginning April 21, 2025, I may register for courses online using Workday. I understand that if I do not prepay my tuition for five units (formerly known as the tuition deposit) in the amount of $6,315, I will not be permitted to register for courses. Furthermore, I understand that I will have to prepay my tuition in full beginning May 31, 2025 before Santa Clara University will register me for my courses. I further understand that the University reserves the right to cancel my registration if I fail to pay by the deadline. I assume responsibility for all costs incurred as a result of enrollment at Santa Clara University, and I agree to abide by all University policies and procedures. I understand that it is my responsibility to check my Santa Clara University email account daily and maintain correct contact information on Workday at all times to ensure receipt of all University correspondence. I understand and accept that I am responsible for monitoring my student account balance. Further, if I fail to pay my student account, Santa Clara University may refer my delinquent account to a collection agency. My account will incur additional finance charges at the rate of 10 percent, per annum, as allowed by California State Law. I further understand that I am responsible for paying the collection agency fee which may be based on a percentage at a maximum of 40 percent of my delinquent account, together with all costs and expenses, including reasonable attorney's fees, necessary for the collection of my delinquent account. I understand that my delinquent account may be reported to one or more of the national credit bureaus. I authorize Santa Clara University and its agents and contractors to contact me at my current and any future cellular phone number(s), email address(es), or wireless device(s) regarding my delinquent student account(s)/loan(s), any other debt I owe to the University. I certify that I have read this document and want my application processed.
